Refund and Cancellation Policy

Outline of refund timelines and cancellation processes for individual course purchases and enterprise cohort subscriptions.
1. Individual Courses
Individual course purchases are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable once content is unlocked, except as required by local consumer protection law.
2. Cohort Subscriptions
B2B group subscriptions can be cancelled in the setup settings. Active billing terminates at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
