1. Nature of the Platform
Unrelenting Resilience (the “Platform”) is operated by Piero Corradetti Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Platform offers a gamified mental fitness training program structured around eight evidence-informed pillars of well-being.
The Platform is expressly designed as a training and self-improvement tool for normative, non-clinical populations. It is not a mental health service, clinical program, or therapeutic intervention of any kind.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, psychiatric disorder, or medical illness.
- The content, activities, points system, and AI mentor tool provided through the Platform are for general informational, educational, and motivational purposes only.
- Participation in the Platform does not constitute or substitute for a therapeutic relationship with a licensed mental health professional.
- The Platform is not regulated as a health service in Canada or any other jurisdiction.
2. The “Training, Not Therapy” Standard
Unrelenting Resilience operates under a “training, not therapy” framework. This means:
- Scope: The program addresses general mental fitness, resilience, and well-being maintenance. It does not address clinical mental health conditions, trauma processing, psychiatric medication management, or crisis intervention.
- Population: The program is designed for individuals who are not currently in acute mental health distress and who are not relying on clinical treatment as a primary intervention.
- Activities: The daily micro-actions and pillar-based exercises are derived from peer-reviewed research but are not individually prescribed based on a clinical assessment of your mental health needs.
- Outcomes: While the program draws on evidence-based frameworks, individual results vary. No specific mental health outcome, symptom reduction, or clinical benefit is guaranteed or implied.
3. The Eye — AI Mentor Disclosure
The Platform includes an AI-powered feature called “The Eye.” By using The Eye, you acknowledge that:
- The Eye is an artificial intelligence tool and is not a licensed mental health professional, therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical practitioner.
- Responses generated by The Eye are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute clinical advice, psychological assessment, or therapeutic recommendations.
- The Eye is not capable of assessing your mental health status, diagnosing conditions, or responding appropriately to all forms of mental health crisis.
- You should not share information with The Eye that you would only share with a licensed health provider in a confidential therapeutic relationship.
- If The Eye’s responses cause you distress or concern, you should discontinue use and contact a qualified professional.
- The Eye is specifically prompted to provide science-backed educational content related to the eight pillars of the program. It is not designed, trained, or intended to provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention guidance, or clinical support of any kind.
4. The Reversibility Principle
The Platform incorporates a concept referred to as the “Reversibility Principle,” which reflects the evidence-based understanding that mental fitness gains achieved through consistent practice may diminish when practice is discontinued.
This principle is presented as a motivational and educational framework to encourage ongoing engagement. It is not a clinical warning, medical prognosis, or prediction of individual outcomes. Users should not interpret the Reversibility Principle as a statement about their personal mental health trajectory.
5. Who Should Not Use This Platform Without Professional Guidance
The Platform is not appropriate as a sole or primary resource for individuals who:
- Are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or self-harm urges.
- Are receiving active clinical treatment for a psychiatric condition and have not consulted their treating provider about using this program.
- Have been diagnosed with a condition for which the activities contained in this program may be contraindicated.
- Are minors without parental or guardian consent and oversight.
- Are using the Platform as a substitute for emergency care.
If you fall into any of the above categories, we strongly encourage you to speak with a qualified health professional before accessing the Platform.
6. Facilitator Responsibilities
Individuals who access the Platform as Affiliate Facilitators or who deploy the Platform in an institutional context (including colleges, universities, and corporate environments) bear additional responsibility for the populations they serve.
Facilitators acknowledge that:
- They must not represent or promote the Platform as a clinical mental health service, therapeutic program, or substitute for professional care.
- They are responsible for ensuring that participants in their cohort are informed of this disclaimer prior to using the Platform.
- They must have protocols in place for referring participants to appropriate professional support if mental health concerns arise during the program.
- They must not use the Platform’s oversight tools to conduct clinical assessments or provide clinical feedback to participants.
These obligations are further detailed in the Facilitator License Agreement and the Facilitator Terms of Service.
7. No Professional Relationship
Your use of the Platform does not create a professional, therapeutic, fiduciary, or clinical relationship between you and Piero Corradetti Consulting, the Platform’s operators, employees, contractors, or Affiliate Facilitators.
No information you submit through the Platform — including reflection logs, journal entries, or messages sent through the Comm-Link system — is reviewed for clinical content, assessed for mental health risk, or treated as confidential clinical communication.
